A few practical notes for joining us in Louisville.
- Where is the wedding?
- The wedding will be at Mellwood Arts Center, 1860 Mellwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40206.
- Where at Mellwood Arts Center should guests go?
- Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Mellwood Arts Center in the Picasso Room.
- What time should guests arrive?
- Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
- Is parking available?
- Yes. Free parking is available at the venue.
- Is there a hotel block?
- Yes. A hotel block is available at AC Hotel Louisville Downtown in NuLu. Book through the hotel block.
- Will there be dinner and drinks?
- Yes. Dinner and a bar will be provided. There will not be a separate cocktail hour.
- What about dietary restrictions?
- Please note any dietary needs when you complete your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- Are children invited?
- Yes. Please include them in your attendee count when you complete your RSVP.
- Can I bring a plus-one?
- The attendee count shown in the RSVP form reflects the number of guests included in your party.
- What should I wear?
- Cocktail attire. Suits or suit-separates are welcome, along with dresses, jumpsuits, or other dressier clothes. Please avoid jeans or polos.
- Are there wedding colors?
- The wedding colors are jewel tones. Feel free to join in, or simply wear something you feel confident in.
- Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
- The wedding will be indoors.
- When is the RSVP deadline?
- Please RSVP by August 1, 2026.
- What if I need to change my RSVP?
- Please contact Kaleb or James if you need to update your response after submitting.
- Do you have a registry?
- Yes. Our registry is available through Crate & Barrel .
